My Community

I’m excited to introduce my community. We are nine Consecrated Women from different parts of the United States, Canada, Guatemala, El Salvador and France. It’s a joyful and dynamic community, we love to spend time together, we cherish the moments of deep sharing and community prayer. One of the community moments I enjoy the most is when we share the joys of our apostolates and encounters with youth and families we serve.

Some of us are assigned to the Campus Ministry at Pinecrest Academy, others are spiritual mentors for Challenge-ECYD (Catholic Youth group) and young adults and women. We also minister to the homeless downtown Atlanta and international missions through Mission Youth.

Who are the Consecrated Women of Regnum Christi?

We are part of Regnum Christi, a spiritual family of the Catholic Church. Together with the Legionaries of Christ, the Lay Consecrated Men of Regnum Christi, and the Lay Members of the movement, we share a charism, spirit, and mission. We were founded in 1969 and there are currently over 500 Consecrated Women of Regnum Christi serving around the world.

As Consecrated Women of Regnum Christi, we live in over 50 communities around the world. Our community life is a gift of the Holy Spirit and community prayer unites us, and we help each other seek holiness and imitate Christ.

We live the evangelical counsels of poverty, chastity and obedience.
